We made a visual inspection of the trees, removed soil pneumatically to inspect the roots near the base of the trunks, and assessed internal decay of roots, limbs, and trunks using a Tree Radar Unit and a drill. Our report documented the extent of decay and other tree defects, indicated the hazard the trees pose to people and property, and recommended corrective actions to eliminate or mitigate risks.
