Assessment of tree root damage to structures and mitigation options.

Tree root growth can damage foundations, driveways and sidewalks resulting in costly repair. Tree Associates provides expert opinion regarding the assessment and management of root damage. Direct evidence of root growth can be obtained utilizing pneumatic (compressed air) excavation and/or with ground penetrating radar, utilizing our Tree Radar Unit (TRU). The TRU can even locate roots below concrete or asphalt.
